The Artist & Cultural Context 

Created by Lola Star, a Brooklyn-based artist whose work has been rooted in Coney Island’s creative scene for years. Her designs draw directly from New York’s visual history — tattoo flash sheets, boardwalk signage, sideshow typography, maritime folklore.
